
Tom Schroeder, FSA, MAAA
Senior Consulting Actuary
Tom began working at ARC in 2011. Prior to joining ARC, he spent 2 years in a life insurance company’s product research department. Throughout his career at ARC, Tom has become an expert in the Prophet and ARCVAL systems. He has developed and implemented pricing, valuation, and cash flow testing models for both domestic and international life insurers. Tom has experience with IFRS 17, US Statutory, Solvency II, Embedded Value, and US GAAP reporting processes. He has worked successfully with actuaries and non-actuaries, using his communication skills to bridge the gap between actuarial and IT.
