Brenna has 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry including a wide range of topics. Her recent activities have included GAAP LDTI work, client management, managing a central model team as model steward, model conversion, and assumption governance.  Brenna has frequently been involved in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.  She is an active SOA volunteer.

Recent Experience

  • Project Management - including the review and development of GAAP LDTI data, the development of a large scale traditional life with reinsurance GAAP LDTI model, and the conversion and consolidation of several actuarial projection models to a single central model used company-wide for multiple applications

  • Actuarial Model Development and Stewardship – guided the implementation of pricing, valuation, and cash flow testing models

  • Leader of Corporate Assumption Governance Committee

  • PGAAP model implementation in ARCVAL
