Phil has over thirteen years of life insurance experience and has been with ARC since 2020.  Phil has played a pivotal role in multiple LDTI implementations for both public and private companies.  Phil previously held a leadership position at a midsize carrier responsible for financial reporting of various traditional products.  He has extensive knowledge of financial reporting requirements including statutory (PBR), GAAP, tax and reinsurance reporting.

 

His recent experience includes:

• Various LDTI implementations using ARCVAL and other software

• Project management experience with multiple clients

• PGAAP model implementation in ARCVAL

• Previously led a conversion from PolySystems to GGY Axis
