With over 12 years of experience, Eli is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, blending deep actuarial expertise with advanced technology skills. As an experienced manager and developer, Eli has played a crucial role in designing and managing ARCVAL's actuarial systems and is a key solution developer for US GAAP LDTI disclosures, adeptly translating actuarial specifications into actionable developer guidelines.

ELI oversees ARC's SQL Server actuarial data mart, ARCBase, demonstrating extensive proficiency in SQL, including both DML (data manipulation) and DDL (database design). He has developed sophisticated exposure calculations for ARC’s Experience Analyzer and is skilled in ETL and automation processes, ensuring efficient data handling and integration.
